Each tour highlights a different natural dye technique, making them perfect to attend individually or together for a deeper journey into the world of natural colours.
🌼 July Tour: Flower Pounding – Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of summer blooms. Learn to capture the season’s colours by pounding fresh flowers onto fabric, creating beautiful, nature-inspired patterns. Explore our farm in full bloom and experience the joy of flower pounding—a perfect introduction to the art of natural dyeing.
🍃 August Tour: Fresh Leaf Indigo Dyeing – Step into late summer and discover the magic of fresh indigo. You’ll learn to dye fibres a beautiful shade of blue with freshly harvested indigo leaves, celebrating nature’s evolving palette as the seasons change.
Each tour is a unique opportunity to connect with nature, learn sustainable dyeing techniques, and see the farm’s seasonal transformation.
Are you curious about natural dyeing or just eager to spend a relaxing day on the farm?
Whether you’re interested in learning, having a chat, or simply enjoying a cup of tea and a slice of cake, we’d love to welcome you! During the tour, we’ll show you around the dye garden and showcase examples of textiles made with natural dyes. Afterward, grab a cup of tea and a slice of cake (included with your ticket) and enjoy a hands-on activity.
The tour and talk will last approximately 30-45 minutes, with refreshments and craft time afterwards in your two hour allocated time slot. Spaces are limited, so be sure to book early to join us for these memorable days on the farm!

The ground in the flower patch can be uneven so please wear flat, suitable footwear. If it’s a wet day, please bring wellies or waterproof shoes as the ground may be muddy.
