About Us

studioEVIG was born from the friendship and shared creativity of two friends living in the Cotswolds who loved all things floral. Claire and Stephy met years ago while working as freelance florists, and their partnership quickly grew into a creative collaboration rooted in beauty, nature and sustainability.

Together they were inspired to find a better way — making textiles and homewares using only colours that nature provides, and reducing reliance on chemical or synthetic dyes by celebrating the rich palette that flowers and plants offer.

Today, studioEVIG is run by Stephy, who continues the original vision with the same commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship and natural colour — creating timeless pieces rooted in care for the environment.

'Evig'

“Evig” (pronounced AIR-vee) means “everlasting” in Norwegian — a word that perfectly reflects the purpose and spirit of the business. Stephy’s Norwegian heritage and lifelong love of colour and craftsmanship also helped shape the name and vision.
